When it comes to extreme testing for heatstroke prevention wristbands, here are a few ideas we could consider:

UV Testing

Simulate intense sunlight to check if the materials hold up well and if the sensors stay reliable.

Extreme Temperature Testing

Test the device in both very hot and very cold conditions to make sure it works accurately and consistently, no matter the weather.

Water Resistance Testing

Run tests to see if the wristband can handle sweat, rain, or being dunked in water—basically checking if it meets standards like IP67 or IP68.

Salt Spray Testing

Expose the wristband to salty, humid conditions to see if it can resist corrosion and stay functional even by the sea or in a tropical climate.

Drop Testing

Simulate everyday drops to see if the wristband can take a hit—this means making sure the screen doesn’t crack and all the parts inside stay in place.
